Said Buehlen from Bonn, Germany arrived in Cork, Ireland yesterday, September 18th. Said attended the Redemptorist school called “COJOBO”In Bonn. The Redemptorists in Germany have an established volunteering programme where volunteers are assigned for a twelve month period to countries as diverse as Argentina, Indonesia and Ireland . Said will live with the Redemptorist community in Cork and work with the Redemptorist Solidarity Office for Africa and Madagascar and SERVE. Interested in sports and history , Said plans to study medicine after his internship year. All Redemptorists in Africa and Madagascar welcome Said to the ‘team’ and hope that he has a great year.
