MISSIONING MASS OF SIX OF THE CONFRERES FROM THE VICE PROVINCE TO SOUTH AFRICA.

On Wednesday 5th June 2019 was the missioning Mass of six of our confreres from the Vice Province who have been missioned to the Province of South Africa. During this Mass the Vice Provincial Superior Fr. Joterio Aghoja C.Ss.R  in the ceremony handed them the mission cross and the Bible as tools for the mission as they prepared to leave for South Africa on Friday 7th June 2019.

The confreres that were been missioned to South Africa are:

Fr. Joseph Udoudo C.Ss.R

Fr. Paschal Nwankwo C.Ss.R

Fr. Fautinus Igwe C.Ss.R

Fr. Raphael Ogbudu C.Ss.R

This ceremony took place at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Amuwo Odofin, Lagos at the 12:30 pm Mass. Some of the confreres working in Lagos were present to support and pray with the confreres going to South Africa. Also some of the parishioners of the parish that attended the afternoon Holy Mass experienced the ceremony too.

The ceremony ended with some light refreshments in celebration of our confreres in a joyful mood. Find below the pictures:
