After every presentation of different Decisions, the members present would go to their respective groups and Zones, if need be, to discuss at length on the questions posed, give reflections, ideas, and suggestions. They would then come back to the plenary and through their group Secretaries they would present on their findings. During the meeting there were also Liturgical groups that would animate prayers and Mass.

On the last day of the meeting Fr. General led the Closing Mass. The Eucharist was dedicated to St. Clement Maria. In his homily comparing the message of Daniel and the Evangelist Luke he encouraged the Confreres to remain vigilant, hopeful, and faithful while fixing their eyes to Jesus in prayer amidst the uncertainties in life. He said that St. Clement lived in difficult moments, but he managed to continue with the message of redemption, starting communities, challenging corrupt structures, and forming missionaries because he had fixed his gaze on Jesus and stepped out of his comfort zone. He encouraged the confreres to boldly overcome fear by stepping out of their comfort zones with faith and zeal thus the process of restructuring will be a success. Finally, he said that confreres should be encouraged that they are not alone, the Lord of History is walking with them, Our Mother of Perpetual help, Saints, blessed and Martyrs of the Congregation will constantly be with them.
